Flex Yoga

Deep down, we all probably know our lack of flexibility is holding us back either in our climbing or day to day movement.

Urban Flex is an approachable and enjoyable way to push into new realms of flexibility and movement.

Strength Yoga

Jokingly referred to as ‘yoga that makes you sweat’ come along to one of our Urban Strength yoga classes.

You’ll be running through a higher-energy flow of classic yoga sequences or slowing down and building up.

The sequences build to some of the more challenging poses and stands.
