Fitness Classes

Urban Climb’s Lab has a number of fitness classes on offer to keep you motivated:

ICC Fitness – Wednesday Nights

A fitness class for climbers designed by Exercise Physiologists and Climbers. With the demands of climbing in mind, this course is designed to improve fitness and strength for climbing. If you feel your climbing is suffering because of a lack of conditioning, this is ideal. One hour of strength based exercises, utilising the climbing training area and hangboard, amd one hour of stretching.

Wednesday Evenings 6.30pm to 8.30pm – Level = Intermediate to Advanced
