Urban Climb in conjunction with The Lab have developed an 8 week program (Wed 6.30pm to 7.30pm) designed to empower you with the skills to train effectively and improve your overall health and climbing ability.
Whether you are new to the sport of climbing or a seasoned campaigner who is looking for the edge, ATS fitness will help maximize your climbing experience. ATS fitness has been wonderfully successful in helping beginners and advanced climbers alike tone up at the same time as teaching effective training techniques. Its also a great alternative to a regular gym session and if you were to do course after course an awesome way of staying in shape long term.
The course is a part of Adult Training squad and is taken on a Wednesday evening as part of the program which is included in the cost of the program. However, ATS fitness can be bought separately.
