Q. How much is it?
A. It depends on how old you are, what equipment you need and when you are coming. We have varying prices for groups/schools/corporate. Why not visit our prices section of our website.
Q. Do I have to book?
A. It depends on how many of you there are. We usually suggest that if there are over 6 people in your group coming, call in advance and we can prepare for you all. We will need to get all newbies through a demo so it is better if we know when you are coming so you don’t end up waiting around for us to free an instructor up.
Q. How do we get to you?
A. Our address is 2/220 Montague road, west end, Brisbane. We have a map on our homepage to show you where to go but if you are still struggling to find us why not give us a call and we can figure out what the best option for you is.
Q. How do I book a group?
A. Give us a call or an email and we can discuss group prices, times and sizes with you. It is always better to be prepared so try calling us in advance so we can confirm you the spot you really want.
Q. Do I need to make a group booking for my son’s birthday?
A. Again, this depends on the size of the group, if you are just 4 in a family (mum, dad and 2 kids) then we probably don’t need you to make a booking but if you plan on having friends/family then its best to give us a call and plan it for you.
Q. How old do you need to be to climb?
A. You can climb at any age but our harnesses only fit a certain size of waist, we usually recommend 4yrs and up. Any younger and they are too small or won’t get to enjoy the experience enough.
Q. What do I have to wear when climbing?
A. Something comfortable is always recommended when climbing. We have harnesses and climbing shoes for rent so as long as you have on some loose sport clothing you will be alright.
Q. Do I need to have climbed before?
A. No not at all, we have excellent instructors who will coach you through what you need to know and climbs that range from the very easy through to insanely difficult!
